Rouna may change, break, reset, or become unavailable during the alpha. Do not rely on it for emergencies or critical communication.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of agreeing to these terms, and invited or otherwise approved to use the alpha. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping test credentials private. Preview authentication may use shared or non-production credentials and does not prove ownership of a phone number. Do not use another person’s real phone number without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You may not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, deceive, spam, or endanger others; share illegal or non-consensual content; attempt to defeat safety, access, proximity, rate-limit, or moderation controls; scrape the service; or use Rouna for commercial solicitation without written permission. The Community Standards are part of these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Rouna a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, and make technical copies of that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and comply with law for the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
5. Safety and moderation
We may restrict discovery, end a check-in, remove content or a face card, suspend or ban an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, or law. Reports are signals for review; they do not guarantee a particular outcome. See our Safety Center.
6. Alpha feedback
You may send suggestions, bug reports, and testing feedback. You allow us to use that feedback without restriction or payment, but we will handle attached personal information under the Privacy Policy.
7. Service changes and termination
You can stop using Rouna or delete your account at any time. We may modify, limit, pause, or end the alpha and may suspend access for violations, risk, maintenance, or legal reasons.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the alpha is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every person is who they claim to be. Use judgment when meeting or communicating with others.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rouna and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the alpha. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
