Leave completely, from inside Rouna.
Permanent account deletion is available in the mobile app and does not require contacting support first.
Delete in four steps

Open Profile in Rouna.

Choose Account & notifications.
- 3
Choose Delete account and data and review the consequences.
- 4
Continue, then hold the final deletion control for two seconds.
Limited retention
Safety evidence follows the case—not the deleted account.
If an account or its content was part of a report, restricted evidence and report-time conversation history may remain for moderation, appeals, legal obligations, or safety. Ordinary closed-case evidence is generally scheduled for deletion 90 days after closure; serious or extended cases may remain for one year. Unresolved cases, appeals, and legal holds remain protected until their condition ends.
Moderation case metadata and audit history may be kept longer. This material is not available to other users and is separate from the deleted live account.
Can’t access the app?
Send the phone number associated with the alpha account and a description of the access problem. Do not send authentication codes.
